Zach Boyle is a physical therapist, strength coach, and lifelong runner dedicated to helping people return to what they love—stronger than before. His passion for rehab began in high school after witnessing a teammate go from injured to competing at the state meet with the help of physical therapy.
Zach ran competitively for Maryville University, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. An endurance athlete at heart, he has completed distances from marathons to 100-mile ultramarathons, including the Ozark Foothills 100 and Run Rabbit Run 100.
With more than a decade of experience in outpatient orthopedics, Zach is known for his calm, focused approach and ability to build strength without aggravating pain. He specializes in dry needling, strength and conditioning, running analysis, and return-to-run programming—combining hands-on care with individualized exercise.
